We’ve always had a soft spot for diner coffee. there is just something about sitting in the booth of an all night diner, lit by neon signs, talking for hours with friends (and strangers), gulping down cup after cup of the good stuff. It doesn’t seem to matter if it’s well made or even good quality, but what if it was? What if we used high quality coffees, purchased for a fair price and blended intentionally? Well then maybe we would have something special. Our signature blend Big Iron attempts this very thing.

Our signature blend is meant to be your daily drinker. Components rotate seasonally, but are always made up of high quality coffees to achieve a balanced, smooth cup. 

Expect a medium-bodied coffee with a heavy aroma and a nice acidity.
